Senior Reservation Coordinator - Laundy Hotels

Laundy Hotels are seeking a full-time Senior  Reservations Coordinator to support our Sales & Events team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional first impression for all of our valued clients visiting or enquiring about one of our many iconic venues.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Senior Reservations Coordinator at Laundy Hotels, you will be responsible for:

  • Be the first point of contact for our guests, responding to all incoming telephone and email enquiries in a professional and sales-orientated manner.
  • Managing reservations, responding to correspondence and promoting special packages amongst other duties.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support, to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Collaborating with clients and creating proposals tailored to their needs.
  • Conducting research and collecting data to enhance our services.
  • Contributing ideas and suggestions for improving reservation processes, customer service protocols, and overall guest experience.

WHO ARE YOU

  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is desirable.
  • Can work professionally under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Dedication to ensuring every guest has a positive experience.
  • Ability to work in a team that strives for success and excellence.
  • Excellent grooming and presentation.
  • Knowledge of Ivvy and Open Table is advantageous.

Please note - this role is based in our Lane Cove Head Office.
