With a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering trading technology directly to clients and via our network of strategic partners, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team to be the main person that sits between the marketing team and our global media agency.

The Company is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia and has offices in the UK, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Guatemala, Philippines and Bahamas.

You will be part of the marketing team, which is responsible for growing brand awareness, running effective performance marketing activity, and delivering automated CRM programmes to improve client retention. The team also works collaboratively with the Sales, Partners, and IT teams to continually deliver improvements in client and partner experience and to also provide team members with a great knowledge base of the company and the broader financial services industry.

Purpose of the Position

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing team in planning, executing, and analysing marketing campaigns and initiatives.

This is a very broad role that would suit someone that wants to build their career in marketing and be exposed to a variety of marketing functions. One week might see you building landing pages for ad campaigns or assisting the sales team in coordinating an educational dinner for clients.

You will be sometimes required to work across multiple time zones, as we are a global company and a function that supports teams globally.

This position will report into the Head of Marketing Operations in the Melbourne office.

Key Responsibilities
- Help coordinate and execute marketing campaigns from start to finish, including scheduling, asset creation, and distribution.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, such as presentations, brochures, advertisements, and other promotional collateral.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, product, and the marketing team you're a part of, to ensure initiatives are effective and executed in a timely manner.
- Assist in organizing events and other promotional activities to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

Selection criteria

Essential:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a marketing role
- A strong desire to develop your marketing career
- Your friends describe you as "the organised one"

Desired:

- An interest in or personal experience in trading, FX or general finance
- Some experience in marketing tech stack (E.g. Google Analytics, Canva, Asana/Workday, etc)
