About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SharePoint Online Developer to join our dynamic Collaboration team in IT to lead the migration of our SharePoint 2016 environment to SharePoint Online.
This role will also involve transitioning existing forms and workflows to Power Apps and Power Automate. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SharePoint development, migration projects, and proficiency in Power Platform tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive migration plan to move from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online.
Redesign and migrate existing SharePoint Nintex forms and workflows to Power Apps and Power Automate.
Customise SharePoint Online sites and develop new solutions to meet business requirements.
Integrate SharePoint Online with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications.
Provide training and support to end-users on new features and functionalities.
Create and maintain technical documentation for all developed solutions and migration processes.
Monitor and optimize the performance of SharePoint Online environments.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SharePoint development and migration projects.
Proficiency in SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016, Sharegate tool, Power Apps, Power Automate, Nintex, and related technologies.
Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Microsoft certifications in SharePoint and Power Platform are a plus.
Preferred Attributes:
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to stay updated with the latest SharePoint and Power Platform developments.
