About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade M365 solutions across collaboration, communication, and security platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint, along with proven experience in large-scale migration and transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and architecture of M365 solutions (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune).

Provide technical leadership across M365 projects, ensuring alignment with business and security requirements.

Oversee migration from on-premises or hybrid environments to Microsoft 365 cloud services.

Define governance, compliance, and security best practices within M365 and Azure AD.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

Conduct technical assessments, proof of concepts, and solution presentations.

Support incident management and problem resolution for complex M365 issues.

Stay current with Microsoft roadmap, new features, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years in IT with at least 4+ years as an M365 Architect / Consultant.

Deep expertise in Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Intune, and Security/Compliance Center.

Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access, and Identity Management.

Proven experience leading large-scale M365 migration and transformation projects.

Solid understanding of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Microsoft certifications such as MS-100, MS-101, MS-700, MS-900, or Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert are highly desirable.
