Senior Nintext Developer (Sydney based)
Role Type: Permanent role
Work Arrangement: 5 days in office required, located in Northwest of Sydney CBD
Interview Process: 2 rounds
Hudson is partnering with a large organisation undergoing a major SharePoint transformation and digitisation program. This role will suit someone who enjoys hands-on work across support, development, and workflow automation, with the opportunity to influence standards and uplift capability across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support internal stakeholders with SharePoint site maintenance, fixes, and content updates
- Troubleshoot issues across sites, libraries, lists, workflows and permissions
- Develop and enhance Nintex Forms and Workflows to replace paper-based processes
- Assist with step-by-step migration from on-prem to cloud environments
- Help set standards, improve layouts and ensure web parts function correctly
- Upskill and guide team members working on simple forms and workflows
- Create documentation, training material and provide user training when needed
- Contribute to occasional development tasks across SharePoint and related tools
About You
- 2+ years' experience with SharePoint on-premises and/or online
- Skilled in administering and configuring SharePoint sites, libraries, team sites and features
- Experience with Nintex Forms and Workflows, or a strong interest to grow in this area
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, prioritise tasks and manage multiple queries
- Comfortable working directly with business users to improve processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Hands-on and proactive approach to problem solving
- Desirable: exposure to .NET, Angular, JavaScript, CSS, SQL or related development work
