  • Support audit readiness by preparing documentation, coordinating with IT Risk & Compliance, and handling auditor queries.
  • Deliver clear, timely dashboards via ServiceNow Platform Analytics and Power BI, automating workflows with Power Automate to boost portfolio visibility.
  • Occasionally, you may directly manage projects.

About the team.

You'll be joining a large group of Project Managers, Portfolio Leads and Business Analysts within the ITS Project Delivery Group. The team is known for its supportive and collaborative culture, working across a diverse portfolio of enterprise-wide initiatives that service the Firm's internal Business Units.  You'll be surrounded by experienced professionals who value knowledge sharing, mentorship, and delivering impactful outcomes.

  • High attention to detail, with the ability to balance governance requirements and practical delivery outcomes.
  • Solid understanding of project management processes across both waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with project stage gate reviews, audit readiness, and assurance activities.
  • Experience automating reporting workflows through Power Automate.
  • Ability to present complex data as actionable insights to support decision-making
  • Experience in ServiceNow SPM, with a strong focus on the Resource Management module is preferred but not essential
