Your Role 

Step into a high-impact role where your leadership will shape the success of key initiatives across Digital Business and RIA. As a Project Delivery Lead, you'll be at the forefront of driving strategic outcomes—planning, executing, and governing programs that matter. You'll collaborate across IAG divisions, champion agile ways of working, and coach teams to deliver with confidence and clarity. 

This role is more than just delivery—it's about transformation. You'll help embed a culture of continuous improvement, uplift agile maturity, and ensure delivery excellence that aligns with IAG's broader transformation agenda. This is a 12-24 month secondment opportunity, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in Australia. 

About You 

You're a natural leader with a passion for delivery and transformation. You bring: 

  • A strong track record in project delivery, ideally within agile environments. 
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple projects or workstreams. 
  • A proven ability to deliver complex initiatives on time, within scope, and on budget. 
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing at the executive level. 
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban, as well as hybrid delivery models. 
  • Bonus points for experience in change management, digital transformation, or business innovation.
