About the role:

Due to continuous growth, Mimosa Homes is looking for a Construction Site Supervisor to join our team in the North Region.

Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, this role is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the construction process of dwellings and projects.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain consistent communication with clients and ensure internal staff members are being given accurate updates on all jobs.
  • All information from commencement of build to handover into our software program.
  • Ensure all dwellings are built with exceptional quality and meet Mimosa Homes standards.
  • Comply with all OHS/WHS regulations at all times.
  • Manage the day-to-day construction process.
  • Manage the activity of site labour and subcontractors and ensuring the processes are executed to the specifications of the project plan and drawings.
  • On-site activity reporting.
  • Ensure that the set time schedules, budget, OH&S and high quality standards are met.

What you will need:

  • Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role in the Construction industry (preferably volume building).
  • Ability to meet customer satisfaction levels and exceed expectations.
  • Possess a "can do" attitude.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done.
  • Ability to earn respect from your team and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong focus on quality along with process improvement and problem solving.
  • Exceptional performance management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
