Due to sustained growth , Civelite are actively seeking to expand there current employee base with the addition of a Site Foreman to join the team.

We are a team that are invested in the success of our employees and projects.

With a well respected reputation in the commercial construction industry, our fleet of trucks, machines, water carts and other miscellaneous equipment enables us to deliver not only quality projects but quality outcomes.

About the role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Foreman to join the team. The requirements for the role are as below.

  • Prior experience overseeing a construction team
  • Be able to interpret plans
  • Experience with Lasers
  • Experience with GPS Equipment
  • Have a strong attention to safety
  • Vast operating experience
  • High quality workmanship
  • Be able to mentor colleagues
  • Hold a current drivers licence
  • Hold a construction induction card

Our current tasks with each project are as follows:

  • Bulk Excavation
  • General Excavation
  • Detailed Excavation
  • Drainage
  • Subgrade treatments
  • Crushed Rock Placement
  • General Concrete Placement
  • Heavy Duty Concrete placement
  • Asphalting
