**About the Role**

Are you an experienced leader in civil construction and maintenance? The Shire of Donnybrook Balingup is looking for a dedicated and proactive **Supervisor Works** to join our Operations Directorate. As the Supervisor Works, your will be responsible for the following:

- Lead, supervise and train employees and contractors in the construction and maintenance of roads and other Shire assets.
- Undertake/oversee final trim grading operations for the Shire.
- Ensure compliance with OSH policies and procedures.
- Assit in the management of budgets and works programs/plans.
- Assist the Shire’s Mechanic in the planning and scheduling of plant and vehicle maintenance and replacement.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of cemetery and other infrastructure project tasks.

To be effective in the position you will bring with you:

- Proven supervisory experience in civil construction and maintenance.
- Proven final trim grading experience
- Strong knowledge of OSH requirements and civil construction techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and budget management skills.
- HR class unrestricted driver’s licence as a minimum.
