About the role

Bellevue Pastoral Company is seeking a full-time Operator/Farm Hand to join our team in Narrabri, NSW. As an Operator/Farm Hand, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our pastoral farming business, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Operate and maintain a variety of farm machinery and equipment, including tractors, harvesters, and other agricultural implements
  2. Assist with general farm duties
  3. Participate in the planting, growing, and harvesting of crops
  4. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on farm equipment and vehicles
  5. Contribute to the overall safety and efficiency of the farm operations

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant experience in a similar farm or agricultural role
  2. Proficiency in operating and maintaining a range of farm machinery and equipment
  3. Excellent physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks
  4. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  5. A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  6. A valid driver's licence and the willingness to obtain any necessary licences or certifications
