Farm Machinery Operators – Cotton & Broadacre Cropping (North West NSW)

Our client has recently expanded to a new mixed farming property approx. 50km from Moree, NSW. They are seeking 3–4 experienced machinery operators/farmhands to join the team for cotton and broadacre cropping operations. The farm grows cotton, wheat, and other broadacre crops, with contractors handling the wheat harvest (though there may be some chaser bin work).

This is a great opportunity for individuals or friends with their own vehicle who want to work with modern machinery on a progressive farming operation.

Machinery & Farm Skills We're Looking For:

• Proven ability to operate modern tractors (300hp+) with GPS guidance for seeding, spreading & ground preparation
• Experience with large self-propelled sprayers is highly regarded, but not essential
• Cotton machinery knowledge (planters, pickers, irrigators) desirable – training can be provided
• Potential for manual irrigation work alongside machinery operations
• Chaser bin/grain carting experience during harvest advantageous
• Strong mechanical aptitude for basic servicing and preventative maintenance

About You:

• Background in large-scale farming, ideally cotton or mixed cropping
• Able to work independently as well as follow direction within a team
• Immediate availability to commence
