Coastal Hire – Tamworth

Looking for variety, stability, and a hands-on role? Coastal Hire is seeking a General Hand with mechanical knowledge to join our team.

What you'll do:

  • Operate and assist with hire equipment and heavy vehicles
  • Perform workshop, yard, and plant housekeeping
  • Handle chemical pumping, dumping, and material transport
  • Secure and verify deliveries
  • Maintain equipment and facilities, reporting issues promptly

What you'll bring:

  • Forklift Licence and MR Class Licence (HR an advantage)
  • White Card (Hiab experience highly regarded)
  • Mechanical know-how across machinery, hydraulics, and systems
  • Strong work ethic, flexibility, and team focus
