The Opportunity

We're looking for caring, motivated, and organised people to join our Redeployment team. This dual call offers two exciting opportunities - ASO4 Redeployment Support Officer and ASO5 Redeployment Consultant - where you'll play a meaningful role in supporting employees through times of change.

In these roles, you'll help make a real difference to people's working lives. Whether you're coordinating redeployment and retraining activities, or providing one-on-one support to employees as they transition to new opportunities, you'll be part of a team that values empathy, trust, and collaboration.

You'll work closely with experienced consultants and HR professionals, learning from their expertise while bringing your own energy and ideas. Every day will bring variety - from problem-solving and planning to providing reassurance and guidance when it's needed most.

About You

Special Conditions

• A National Police Check (NPC) is required prior to employment with the Department for Infrastructure and Transport which must be renewed every three years.
• Some out of hours and weekend work, along with some intra/interstate travel requiring overnight stays, may be required.

Tenure of Vacancy

• One ASO5 Ongoing appointment
• One ASO4 Temporary appointment up to 12 months

Remuneration

ASO5 - $85,790 to $95,413 pa + superannuation

ASO4 - $76,561 to $80,256 pa + superannuation
