The Role

Riverbar & Kitchen is seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead our high-performing team and oversee the full operations of our iconic riverfront venue.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional with a proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced environments. The General Manager will be responsible for driving exceptional guest experiences, fostering a strong team culture, and delivering commercial success across all areas of the venue.

A hands-on and inspiring leader, the successful candidate will be equally comfortable managing service on the floor, supporting staff development, and handling strategic business functions behind the scenes. With a passion for hospitality, they will lead by example, setting the standard for service, quality, and operational excellence.

Ideal candidates will have a solid track record of working in some of Brisbane's best restaurants or high volume pubs or food led venues as General Manager and be looking for an exciting opportunity to join one of Australia's most successful hospitality groups.
