As we continue to expand across Melbourne and beyond, we are looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and lead brand growth across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across digital (social media, EDM, SEO/SEM), offline events, and strategic partnerships
  • Create compelling marketing content, including promotional materials, blog articles, campaign visuals, and social media posts (in English and Mandarin preferred)
  • Analyse user behaviour and campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing dashboards
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, sales, tech) and external partners to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment
  • Manage PikMo Pay promotions and merchant engagement programs
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and growth opportunities within the local experience economy

Skills & Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in a marketing or communications role
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms
  • Bilingual capability in English and Mandarin is highly desirable due to the diversity of our customer base and partner network
  • Excellent writing, editing, and visual communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and manage multiple projects independently
  • Previous experience with loyalty platforms, eCommerce, or local service platforms is a plus
