Workforce Planner – Aviation

Based in Broome or Perth | Nexus Airlines & Aviair

We're looking for a proactive and detail-focused Workforce Planner to coordinate pilot and cabin crew rosters across our Part 121 and Part 135 operations. What You'll Do

  • Prepare, publish, and maintain accurate pilot and cabin crew rosters in line with CASA regulations, fatigue management rules, and industrial agreements.
  • Monitor qualifications, medicals, licences, and training records to ensure all crew are compliant and flight-ready.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and allowances for rostered duties.
  • Work closely with Operations Control to manage disruptions and changes in real time.
  • Maintain data integrity across crew management systems and ensure records are audit-ready.
  • Support the Workforce Planning Manager and Supervisor in delivering strategic and operational workforce planning outcomes.

What You'll Bring

  • Aviation experience in a flight operations or rostering role (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and scheduling software (Air Maestro experience a plus).
  • Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management skills.
  • The ability to adapt to change and work with minimal supervision.
