What You'll Be Doing:

This isn't just a support role, it's a central force in our day to day operations.

Sales Coordination:

  • Be the right hand to our sales team, schedule meetings, track deals, prepare presentations, and follow up on leads
  • Own the CRM, maintain clean, accurate, and up to date records (we LOVE organised data)
  • Liaise between internal departments to keep communication flowing and clients happy

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring documentation is in check
  • Help keep the office (or virtual office) organised, positive, and productive
  • Jump into ad hoc projects that keep us moving forward

What You Bring:

  • Previous experience in sales coordination, office administration, or similar roles
  • Superpower level organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication, written, verbal, and everything in between
  • Tech savvy: experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), Excel, and Microsoft/Google Suite
  • Proactive mindset, you anticipate problems before they become problems
  • A calm, can do attitude and sense of humour under pressure
