Analyst Developer

We are seeking an Analyst Developer to join our Brisbane CBD Client where you will contribute to the analysis, development, and support of business-critical applications within a disciplined software delivery environment.
You'll work with a diverse mix of technologies, support complex systems, and play a key role in delivering innovative and reliable solutions.
Key Responsibilities of the Analyst Developer will include the following:
- Analyse requests for change and triage/resolve software incidents.
- Analyse, develop, enhance, and maintain application software in a complex environment.
- Collaborate with development team members, ICT staff, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Investigate and report on application software issues.
- Lead or contribute technical expertise to projects, ensuring successful delivery.
- Comply with organisational policies, procedures, safety, and security standards.
- Safeguard information assets and support best practices in information security.
- Perform other duties as required.
You are an experienced Analyst Developer with a strong technical background and a passion for problem solving. You thrive in a team-based environment, are adaptable to change, and bring a customer-focused approach to your work.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and contemporary practices.
- Proven experience in business application development using:
- .Net technologies (C#, WPF)
- Angular / Typescript
- SQL
- Ability to prioritise and lead projects or tasks efficiently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Exposure to API technologies.
- Linux/Unix Shell expertise.
- Experience with AWS.
