Mobility Access Modifications is a company based in Preston that specializes in modifying homes for the elderly and mobility impaired. We have over 20 years of experience in servicing Melbourne and surrounds.
We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator – Business Registrations who will be responsible for managing the registration of our company across various platforms and government agencies. This role ensures that our company is properly set up and compliant on all required systems.
What we offer

- We anticipate this contract to conclude after 2 months.

Who you are:
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Business Administration, Business/Management.
- Some experience in administrative or compliance roles.
- Comfortable working with online portals and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple registrations and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with government portals will be highly advantageous
What you'll do:
- Register our company with new vendor, government portals and service providers as needed.
- Complete and submit business documentation such as business licenses, certificates of insurance and other required forms.
- Maintain accurate records of all registration activities, logins, and credential details.
- Ensure all company information is consistent and up-to-date across platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., finance, HR) to collect necessary information and approvals.
- Track renewal deadlines, compliance requirements, and account verifications.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to company registrations.
