About the role

As a Production Planner at QLM LABEL MAKERS, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling the production process to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to our customers. This full-time role is based in our Moorabbin, Victoria, facility.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and business objectives
  2. Coordinate the flow of materials, resources and equipment to optimise production
  3. Monitor production progress and make adjustments to the plan as needed
  4. Collaborate with the manufacturing team to identify and resolve production issues
  5. Analyse production data to identify opportunities for process improvements
  6. Provide regular reporting on production performance metrics

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a production planning or scheduling role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve production challenges
  3. Excellent time management and organisational abilities to juggle competing priorities
  4. Proficient in using production planning and scheduling software
  5. Effective communication skills to engage with team members at all levels
  6. Relevant qualifications in operations, printing, or a related field
