Planner Inbound

**PLANNER INBOUND**:

- Moorabbin, Australia**YOUR MISSION**:
Reporting to the Senior Planner Inbound, the Planner Inbound is required to be an analytical thinker with the ability to easily and accurately perform analytical tasks to a high standard.

Liaising directly with suppliers, both international and local, to ensure handover dates have sufficient lead-time to meet required delivery dates. The Planner Inbound will work closely with all members of the Inbound team to support the running of the day to day operations.

The Planner Inbound will play an integral role within the Inbound team in order to provide market-leading customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

**Key responsibilities include**:
**Managing various Import related tasks**:
Certificate of Origin checks
-HS Code classification (Harmonized System of Tariffs).
-Validating freight & goods invoices
-Following up on outstanding Customs documents
-Ensuring all documents have been received in full and on time from suppliers to avoid any customs clearance delays

**Inbound tracking, reporting and analysis**PO tracking, including follow up of PO’s at origin ports to ensure delivery dates are updated and communicated accordingly.
-Ad hoc reporting and collating of existing reports in various Inbound related areas
-Air freight register
-PO Tracker report, validate data, collate and publish the report
-Managing replies in a timely manner
-Liaising & coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on Inbound requirements

**YOUR TALENT**:
Degree in Business, Accounting or Commerce (Supply Chain & Logistics studies highly advantageous)
-Working knowledge of MS Excel
-Working knowledge of rest of MS Office suite of products
-SAP experience & Power BI exposure highly regarded
-English (business level)
