We're looking for a
commercially minded, highly motivated Buyer/Planner
to join our fast-paced fashion retail team and play a critical role in our next stage of growth.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, loves data and product in equal measure, and is ready to step into a pathway towards
Senior Buyer/Planner
. You'll work closely with our Head of Design, Planning, Buying & Production across seasonal planning, forecasting, buying, and stock optimisation — with genuine ownership and room to grow.

multi-brand fashion retailer with a fast-growing in-house label
, as well as a curated selection of external brands and stockhouse lines. This is a rare opportunity to work across
both buying and planning
in a role that's truly strategic, commercial, and influential.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Forecasting
- Support seasonal and annual merchandise planning across internal and external categories.
- Build and maintain WSSI, OTB, and demand planning tools.
- Review stock flow and performance, making recommendations to optimise margin and manage risk.
- Lead replenishment strategies for core lines, ensuring bestsellers are never missed.
Buying – In-House & External
- Contribute to range architecture and seasonal buying for stockhouses and external indent brands.
- Manage purchase orders, deliveries, and style trackers with precision.
- Partner with suppliers to deliver on time, to margin, and with commercial outcomes in mind.
- Analyse weekly trade to identify opportunities and take fast, effective action on rebuys, markdowns, and demand.
Support & Growth
- Collaborate across production, VA, warehouse, and internal teams.
- Provide cover for the Head of Department when required, taking full ownership.
- Deep-dive into core categories and contribute to long-term growth strategy.
- Build strong commercial foundations and step into a future senior leadership role.
About You
- 3–5+ years' experience in planning and/or buying within fashion or retail.
- Confident building, maintaining, and analysing WSSI — you see it as your core planning tool.
- Multi-brand retail experience is a plus, but not essential.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset, balanced with product intuition.
- Experience with demand forecasting, sales analysis, and inventory management at category level
- Exceptional attention to detail and proactive problem-solver.
- Clear, confident communicator with suppliers and internal teams.
- Energetic, motivated, and always one step ahead.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis, are essential.
