About the role

Doncaster Jaguar Land Rover is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Doncaster, VIC. As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support for their luxury vehicles. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with leading automotive brands in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, understanding their vehicle needs, and managing their service experience
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain recommended services, provide cost estimates, and secure approvals for work
  • Liaise with the workshop to monitor job progress and provide customers with regular updates
  • Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist with invoicing, parts ordering, and other administrative duties as required
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation to support the service process

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, preferably within the luxury vehicle industry
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities to juggle multiple customer needs efficiently
  • Familiarity with automotive parts, service procedures, and warranty policies
  • Passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
