About the opportunity:

Due to continued growth at Eastern Honda and Doncaster Chery, we have an opportunity for a Used Vehicle Sales Cadet to join our Sales Team. This opportunity presents a brand-new automotive platform where you will work with and learn from like-minded individuals, carving the way for the future in this new state-of-the-art dealership.

In your new role, you will build strong relationships with customers as you learn the sales process, offering unparalleled service to assist in their vehicle purchase.

What you'll bring:

• A strong passion to learn the art of selling vehicles.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Current Driver's Licence.
• High level of personal presentation.
• A genuine love for people and the sales process.
• Good computer skills – be able to learn new systems.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and enjoy working in a team environment.
• A high level of professionalism, personal presentation & people orientation.
• High level of organizational ability, initiative, and reliability.
• A switched-on person who is good at multi-tasking.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Calm & measured under pressure.
• A willingness for continuous improvement and learning.
• Experience in a similar role or within the hospitality industry.

Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred but not essential. What you do need is a solid work ethic, a positive attitude and a passion for achieving excellence.
