What Will You Be Doing?

  • Processing customer order requirements or PFD product specifications

  • Basic filleting and portioning on a variety of bony fish

  • Ensuring fish is adequately iced and labelled with correct storing process
  • Clean, maintain and replenish Cool Room/Chiller and Freezer (eg: stacking shelves)

  • Operation of labelling, sealing, cleaning and/or vacuuming machines.

  • Comply with all legislative requirements and QA procedures

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Ability to process a different variety of fish species
  • Scaling, cleaning and packing/labelling experience
  • Knowledge of Fish/Seafood products
  • Ability to do quick and accurate work with hands
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Operation of manual pallet jacks or use of forklift
  • Understanding of company OH&S and HACCP food safety program and the "cold chain" process in particular
