As the AO7 Manager, you'll lead a strategic operations, driving excellence across finance and resource management to support high quality legal outcomes. You'll oversea governance and risk frameworks, to ensuring compliance, transparency and accountability.

With a team of 6 administrative officers under your leadership, you'll foster a culture growth, performance and professional development.

This role is pivotal in enabling legal professionals to focus on core duties by streamlining administrative functions and preventing operational disruptions. You'll also champion innovation and continuous improvement, using data and stakeholder insights to refine processes and enhance service delivery.

Your key accountabilities

The core capability requirements for this role are:

  • Build and foster strong relationships to deliver results.
  • Influence the development of innovative business improvement and change management strategies.
  • Manage corporate governance, risk and reporting.
  • Provide advice to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage recruitment, training and development needs of staff.
  • Prepare and review various reports and submissions.
  • Provide management support of human, financial and physical resources.
