With over 20 years in the business we possess an extensive portfolio of ongoing and completed projects across WA with the states' top builders and developers.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced fencing installers to join our expanding estate fencing department throughout the North and Southern suburbs.

Job Description

  • Installation of Estate boundary fencing in Perth Metro residential subdivisions

  • Interpret construction and associated plans accurately

  • Communicate effectively with Lot Owners

  • Communicate effectively with department colleagues, including but not limited to supervisors, internal administration and management

Essential Criteria

  • Incorporation (i.e. being a PTY LTD company) and possess relevant public liability and workers compensation insurances.

  • Demonstrable experience in domestic Colorbond fencing installation according to industry best practices.

  • Appropriate transport, tools and skills to undertake the scope of works for installing Colorbond fencing into sand, limestone and laterite walls.

  • Effective time-management skills and organisation to perform installations within prescribed timelines.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as this role involves interaction with Lot Packages Supervisors, homeowners/clients, company employees and the public.

  • An eye for detail with a commitment to producing high standards of work.

  • A current Construction Safety Awareness Card and Western Australian Driver's Licence.
