We are seeking a junior inspector with 0-12 months experience.

Flexible hours - there is an option to reduce hours and increase days to schedule time around school pick-up if needed.

Saturday will always be part of this job - this is a real estate position.

We are looking for a long-term team member that will be here for many years to come but if you are young and not sure if this is right for you, that's ok to. Most people change careers many times in their lives, the beauty of real estate is you can change careers and still stay in your core.

**THE ROLL**
- Home opens for sale and for rent
- Property inspections
- Property Condition Reports
- A lot of travel - it is real estate after all

As you perfect your skills you will then get to experience other aspects of real estate such as appraisals, marketing, court attendance, maintenance, project management, etc, as well as get opportunities to complete real estate training courses and licenses.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Great people skills
- Covid double vaccinated
- Driver's license
- Good working car
- Australian citizen and live within 10km of Balga
- Ability to work Saturdays
- Police clearance

**PAY**
- $23/hr
- +Super
- +Car allowance $30/day
- +phone & iPad
- Work days Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Every 2nd Saturday.
- Annual pay reviews (currently 3%).

**Salary**: $42,000.00 per year
