As a Senior Associate in our Workers compensation team, you will:

  • Manage a diverse and interesting caseload of workers comp and WID matters
  • Work closely with senior clients, medical experts, and counsel
  • Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to strategic case planning
  • Play an integral role in business development and client relationship management

You are a confident and commercially-minded lawyer who brings:

  • At least
    5+ years PAE
    in workers compensation law
  • Experience acting for
    plaintiffs or defendants
    (we value both perspectives)
  • Strong technical legal skills and an ability to manage complex matters independently
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for mentoring junior lawyers
  • A real passion to support and help people through the compensation process
