Senior Associate – M&A Advisory (Renewable Energy & Infrastructure)

We're supporting a leading firm specialising in renewable energy, energy transition, and infrastructure M&A, as they continue to grow their team across Australia.

They're seeking a Senior Associate to work closely with senior leadership on the origination and execution of complex transactions across renewable generation, energy storage, and emerging clean technologies.

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone with a background in investment banking, corporate finance, or transactions advisory who wants to apply their skill set to the decarbonisation and infrastructure investment sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of sell-side and buy-side mandates across renewables, storage, and infrastructure assets
  • Build detailed financial models and valuations to inform strategic recommendations
  • Prepare investment materials, information memoranda, and transaction documentation
  • Conduct market and investor analysis to identify opportunities and insights
  • Collaborate closely with clients, investors, and technical advisors throughout the deal process

You'll bring:

  • 3–5 years' experience in
    investment banking, corporate finance, or M&A advisory
  • Strong technical capability in
    financial modelling and valuation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A genuine interest and proven track record in
    renewables, energy transition, and sustainable infrastructure
