Social Media Marketing Assistant – Sleep, Wellness & Brand Growth

Location: South Yarra, VIC
Hours: hours week | Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: Award wages – $24.10/hour
Contract: Part time with view to expand

What You'll Be Doing

We're looking for a driven, creative and strategic thinker to own and amplify our digital presence across IG.

Secondary platforms are TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Core Responsibilities:

Content Creation Strategy

  • Create high-impact Reels, Stories, Posts and Lead Magnets
  • Write engaging captions aligned to our content calendar
  • Edit visual content using Capcut and Canva
  • Collaborate with Olivia to film expert-led videos and thought-leadership pieces

Scheduling Posting

  • Schedule and publish content across IG, TT, LI and YT
  • Ensure brand voice and timing aligns with marketing goals

Community Growth Management

  • Manage our IG DMs and community challenges
  • Recommend smart growth strategies
  • Organise giveaways and collaborations with brand partners

Marketing CRM

  • Create and send EDMs via Go High Level (GHL)
  • Create Google Forms / GHL surveys
  • Support influencer gifting and outreach

Website Database

  • Upload updates to the website as needed
  • Assist with lead magnet design and uploads
  • Maintain brand partner databases (Google Sheets / )

Must-Have Experience Skills

  • 2 years in social media marketing
  • Strong IG TikTok experience
  • Highly proficient in Capcut, Canva, GHL, and
  • Excellent communication skills – written and visual
  • Creative flair with attention to detail
  • Comfortable filming directing shoots with Olivia
  • Ideally degree-qualified in Marketing, Media or Communications
