How will you make an impact

The Campaign Automation Manger plays a critical part in the orchestration, execution, and optimisation of cross-channel marketing campaigns and customer journeys. You'll play a pivotal role in automating customer engagement across lifecycle journeys, leveraging data, technology, and creativity to deliver personalised, scalable campaigns. You will also assist in best practice marketing automation, and champion the adoption of AEP across AMP's marketing activities.

What you will bring to the role
  • Previous experience in marketing automation, campaign management, or Martech roles
  • Hands-on expertise with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including AJO, CJA. Target RTCDP
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and personalisation
  • Experience designing and executing cross-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, web, etc.)
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and data activation
  • Experience working with data teams and using analytics to drive decisions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Background in financial services or another regulated industry is advantageous
