As we continue to grow, an opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Strata Manager to join our thriving business.

  • Certificate of Registration in Strata and working to a Class 2 Strata licence.

The Assistant Strata Manager will work directly with a Strata Manager. Main duties will center around Accounts, Insurance Renewals, Fire Safety, Compliance, Repairs & Maintenance and managing calls and emails in the portfolios.

The ideal candidate will also be confident, well-presented, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for providing timely advice, support and high-quality service to clients.

Our office is conveniently located in the Lower North Shore near shops, cafes, public transport and has ample off-street parking available.
