Daily responsibilities
- Administrative duties encompassing invoice and accounts processing, Strata Hub and data entry, alongside general reception duties
- Updating strata records and office co-ordination
- Answer and direct telephone enquiries and emails, assist walk in clients with their enquiry
- Coordinate meetings and meeting rooms and office orders
- Issue keys, manage main and liaison with trades
- Task as requested
Skills and experience
- Strong administration skills – organised, thorough, systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Excellent levels of computer literacy and touch-typing skills and ability to use Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- The ability to create a positive, everlasting impression with the most professional, courteous and expedient manner and to continually strive for superior client service
- Proactive, punctual and reliable
- Well-presented and well spoken
- Previous experience in an administrative related role
