Konecranes is a global leader in material handling solutions, serving a diverse range of industries including manufacturing, process industries, shipyards, ports, and terminals. We are currently seeking a Key Account Manager – Service to join our dynamic team in Perth, WA.
Reporting to the Pacific Sales Manager – Service, this role is pivotal in driving strategic growth, strengthening client relationships, and promoting our industrial service and equipment solutions across the Pacific region.
Job Description- Develop and maintain strong relationships with major accounts
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across service, equipment, and modernisation offerings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional service delivery
Manage forecasts, reporting, and CRM-based sales activities
Serve as the primary contact for project-based sales execution
About You
Demonstrate strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Thrive in collaborative environments and take initiative
Possess excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Value safety, compliance, and quality in every customer interaction
- Minimum 5 years' experience in service-related sales (industrial or technical field preferred)
Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities
Proficiency in CRM systems and project-based account management
Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and closing skills
Valid driver's licence (essential for client site visits)
Desirable: Knowledge of overhead cranes, hoists, or relevant Australian Standards
