Role Description

  • Act as level 2 support for identity-related queries during and after migration, such as login issues, MFA setup, and group access.
  • Triage incidents to the vendor or MACS infrastructure teams as required.
  • Track and resolve common issues, while creating and maintaining a knowledge base of frequently asked questions and resolutions.
  • Assist in validating account and access status post-migration and PVT testing.
  • Monitor the support queue and provide updates to project leadership on common trends or critical blockers.
  • Contribute to creating the Op Model based on issues that arise.

Must have Expereince

  • Demonstrated experience in an IT support or service desk role, ideally with experience in identity management or Microsoft environments.
  • Working knowledge of Entra ID / Azure AD, MFA, password reset, and single sign-on (SSO).
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Customer-first mindset with attention to timely resolution.

Qualifications

  • Systems Engineering and Systems Design skills
  • Experience in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
  • Strong System Administration capabilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
