Role Description
- Act as level 2 support for identity-related queries during and after migration, such as login issues, MFA setup, and group access.
- Triage incidents to the vendor or MACS infrastructure teams as required.
- Track and resolve common issues, while creating and maintaining a knowledge base of frequently asked questions and resolutions.
- Assist in validating account and access status post-migration and PVT testing.
- Monitor the support queue and provide updates to project leadership on common trends or critical blockers.
- Contribute to creating the Op Model based on issues that arise.
Must have Expereince
- Demonstrated experience in an IT support or service desk role, ideally with experience in identity management or Microsoft environments.
- Working knowledge of Entra ID / Azure AD, MFA, password reset, and single sign-on (SSO).
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Customer-first mindset with attention to timely resolution.
Qualifications
- Systems Engineering and Systems Design skills
- Experience in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
- Strong System Administration capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
