Purposeful work with genuinely good people. That's refreshing.

About the Role

Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Team Co-ordinator to join our Legal and Company Secretary team. This is a dynamic and rewarding role supporting the General Counsel and Company Secretary, and their direct reports, to deliver timely, effective governance and legal support across the business.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinating team operations including meetings, events, travel, training, and expense management.
  • Supporting procurement and finance processes including purchase orders and invoice management.
  • Managing internal and external correspondence and maintaining team SharePoint and MS Teams sites.
  • Assisting with document creation and formatting for legal advice, Board papers, presentations, and intranet content.
  • Supporting productivity initiatives including automation tools and Power BI dashboards.
  • Providing diary and email support to the General Counsel and Company Secretary.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

What you'll bring:

This is a pivotal support role where your coordination and attention to detail will keep the team operating smoothly. It's ideal for someone who's naturally curious, keen to learn, and ready to make a meaningful contribution from day one.

  • Experience in a team coordinator or administrative role would be ideal.- No prior legal team experience is required- just bring your organisation, initiative and drive.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Co-Pilot tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organisation.
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder outcomes.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded.

A real place to belong.

We celebrate unique voices, refreshing perspectives and diversity in our team. Engage and connect through our social club, family day, wide range of events or by joining one of our Employee Network Groups.

We believe in more than just competitive pay. Here's what sets us apart:

  • Flexibility: whether this is hybrid work, flexible hours, or part time arrangements, we'll work with you to help balance work and life.
  • Leave: more than typical personal leave and a generous 14 weeks of paid parental leave, with no minimum service.
  • Community giving: a paid day to volunteer with our social impact partner, Foodbank, or for a cause that matters to you.
  • Perks: we offer all the other perks you've come to expect like purchased leave, income protection insurance, novated leasing, corporate discounts, private health cover discounts and more.

As an industry in transformation, we're excited by the possibilities ahead.
