**About the role**
The Legal Precedents and Workflow Co-ordinator will develop and maintain the precedent base and work with various teams to develop suitable workflows to be used with the practice management software.
You will have a core understanding of legal documents and processes to review, develop and implement document automation. You will be responsible for reviewing, creating and updating precedents and workflow processes across the firm.
**Qualifications/Skills**:
- Experience with Actionstep and integrating with other software will be highly regarded.
- Experience with coding and formatting documents in Word is essential.
- Very high attention to detail.
- Excellent written skills and strong knowledge of legal terms.
- Understanding of client’s expectations and needs.
- Demonstrated experience working in or supporting a legal office.
- Drive to succeed, and proven ability to develop and execute creative solutions to procedural inefficiencies.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 Applications including Outlook, Teams, Excel, OneDrive, etc.
- Self motivated with the ability to work autonomously when required.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Co-ordinating with team leads as to precedent and workflow requirements.
- Develop and update training and implementation documentation and videos as required.
- Sourcing precedents for lawyers on request.
- Formatting documents into PCL Lawyers style guide and other court documents.
- Document templating and scripting.
- Working with the teams in terms of automation, building workflows and documenting administrative procedures.
