**It’s all about you**
As a People & Development Co-ordinator you will collaborate with Managers, Business Services and Practice Partners and the broader national People & Development team providing support, coordination, and administration to deliver a full range of P&D services relating to the employee life cycle, as well as their Graduate and Seasonal Clerkship programs aimed at finding the next generation of 'stars' for their firm

In this role, with primary focus areas of
**Seasonal Clerkship/Graduate Programs**,
**Onboarding** and
**People & Development Administration **some of your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Co-ordinating and managing the recruitment of Seasonal Clerks and Graduates as the key contact point, including eg. attending University Career Fairs and coordinating external content for career guides or advertisements;
- Co-ordinating and managing the firm's Continued Professional Development 'CPD' program including co-ordinating the delivery of CPD and other development sessions;
- Maintenance and continuous improvement of the P&D Intranet;
- Facilitating regular new starter P&D information sessions;
- Co-ordination of administration of employee life cycle matters, OH&S requirements for Melbourne as well as People & Development events;
- Reporting and analysis for the P&D team and broader Shared Business Services groups.

To be successful in this role, you will be
**tertiary qualified** in Human Resources, Psychology, or similar field, with a
**minimum 1-2 years' experience** in a similar role, ideally gained in a law firm or other professional services environment
**, **in addition to:

- outstanding attention to detail;
- able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at any level;
- excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- positive and friendly 'client service' approach;
- ability to prioritise, multi-task and stay on top of things.
