The Employee Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and actioning HR lifecycle administration processes to ensure a positive experience for all employees and stakeholders. As HR Coordinator, you will have a keen eye for detail, sound knowledge of Fair Work legislation and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and administer Change of Conditions processing, ensuring changes are made in an accurate and timely manner within policy, remuneration guidelines and approved headcount
  • Escalation point for Tier 1 (complex matters) via the HR Inbox
  • Assist with the annual performance appraisals process and annual salary review process.
  • Assist with administration of annual employee engagement surveys and support the team to collect and analyse results.
  • Coordinate regular and ad-hoc reporting to executive leadership to inform senior management and executive decision making.
  • Maintain staff lists for reporting and communication, ensuring data is accurate across systems.
  • Support Audit activity requirements.
  • Researching issues and developing recommendations to resolve issues.
  • Conduct and analyse exit interviews and make actionable recommendations based on data.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Ability to deliver outcomes and work efficiently with competing deadlines.
