We are looking for a motivated Press Brake Operator to join our team, playing a key role in upholding our high standards in steel processing operations.

Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC Press Brake machines to bend and shape steel components according to specifications.


• Material Handling: Load and unload materials onto machines, ensuring correct alignment and positioning.


• Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications, making necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy.


• Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on press brake machines, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs with the team leader.


• Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness of the work area, support offsiders as needed, ensure scrap metal is appropriately sized for bins, and return all tools to their designated locations.


• Use Crane: Use overhead crane and Jib crane to handle heavy parts.

Qualifications:


• Relevant experience with CNC operation.


• Equivalent experience in a related field such as steel processing or a sheet metal workshop.


• Forklift ticket is advantageous.
