The Role: Territory Manager

As a passionate, driven sales professional, you'll play a key role in taking Wanderlusts growing range of brands and products to new heights. You'll be responsible for driving sales, training and education, and merchandising in community pharmacy and health food retail stores across QLD.

You'll be an integral part of our Sales Team, helping to grow our brand and strengthen relationships with our retail partners. Your role will include:

  • Creating and delivering strategic sales plans to open new accounts and achieve sales targets
  • Promoting both new and existing products with passion and knowledge
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with retail teams and pharmacists
  • Maintaining a regular visit cycle to ensure stores have the right stock and brand presence
  • Delivering standout product and brand education sessions that inspire our retail partners
  • Providing top-tier customer service and always going the extra mile for retailers
  • Keeping detailed records of meetings, store feedback, and key insights
  • Representing our brands at trade conferences and retailer events
  • Contributing to our inspiring team culture by joining Wanderlust events and team sessions

About You: Our Dream Candidate

We're looking for a Territory Manager who has:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Field/Territory Sales role
  • A background in business, marketing, nutrition, or naturopathy (preferred, but not essential)
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the health and wellness FMCG sector
  • Strong communication, connection and relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional financial, analytical, and sales forecasting abilities
  • The ability to work independently, stay organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine passion for health and wellness
  • A positive, energetic vibe that makes you a perfect team player
