The Role

In this position you will find yourself responsible for the achievement of new business sales for the region. You will have to secure net new business with an emphasis on revenue and GP in the enterprise space.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify, develop and close new business

opportunities in line with the company's sales and marketing strategies.

The Brennan business is split into multiple operating units including IT Services, Voice and Data, Telephony, Hardware Procurement and Software Development. Unless directed otherwise, the Brennan BDM is expected to prospect across all service categories and develop a strong trusted advisor relationship with the customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Your primary focus will be to drive and close new business opportunities, particularly within the mid-market, enterprise, and government sectors.
  • To support your efforts, you'll have access to a dedicated customer engagement team responsible for scheduling alignment calls and generating early-stage interest with new leads.
  • While you'll be provided with a curated list of prospects, success in this role will also rely on your ability to leverage your existing network and engage with our partner and vendor ecosystem to uncover new opportunities.
  • Utilise digital and social media to implement your personalised lead generation campaign to grow your pipeline.
  • Plan and support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timelines and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities.

Skills & Experience You Will Bring:

  • Strong experience in IT sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proven ability to engage, position, and present solutions at the C-suite level.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, complex IT and Telecommunications solutions across the entire business.
  • A consultative sales approach, with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Skilled in managing the end-to-end sales process, including pipeline development, forecasting, and closing.
