This is an exciting opportunity to work in a rapidly growing manufacturing company located in Braeside.

We are a market leader in supplying advanced heating and cooling, hot water and lifestyle products into the Australian domestic and commercial domain, located in the south eastern suburbs.

Due to expansion, we currently have a position for an experienced Operations Support Officer to provide key functional support to the manufacturing operations department. Using the E1 MRP System you will create and edit item part masters, bill of materials and routings and maintain the accuracy of all data. You will perform duties in accordance with Product Change Notification Database tasks and strengthen the process to perform these tasks working as part of a team. You will also prepare quality related documentation and participate in audits of components, products and processes.

You:

  • have qualifications in manufacturing or financial disciplines
  • have experience in MRP systems such as JDE
  • are highly skilled in Excel
  • understand and are able to critically analyse data including: bills of materials, job manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • have a strong engineering interpretation and understanding
  • have worked in a manufacturing environment in a similar role
  • respond to internal customers' queries promptly, accurately & efficiently.
