We are seeking a motivated and capable
Assistant Centre Leader
to support the management of our high-performing
Chatswood dental centre
. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Dental Assistant or healthcare professional to take the next step in their career, contributing to the operational success and service excellence of our centre.

About the Role

Working in partnership with the Centre Leader, the
Assistant Centre Leader
plays a key role in supporting centre performance and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery to Practitioners and patients. The role is responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations, supporting Practitioners in managing their practices, ensuring adherence to clinical compliance standards, and contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Centre Leader in driving operational efficiency and team performance
  • Assist Practitioners with practice management and resource coordination
  • Uphold and promote clinical governance and compliance standards
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to the delivery of an exceptional patient and Practitioner experience
