About the Role

As Centre Manager, you'll drive the success of the centre by leading operations, inspiring your team, and ensuring excellence in early learning and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, including staffing, compliance, and program delivery
  • Lead the centre through the Assessment & Rating process with confidence
  • Manage budgets and financials to ensure sustainability
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with families, staff, and the wider community
  • Mentor and develop your team to deliver outstanding education and care
  • Implement engaging, age-appropriate programs that support every child's growth
  • Maintain high-quality documentation to celebrate children's progress
  • Foster a positive, inclusive culture where staff and children love to be

What We're Looking For

  • A passionate leader with a strong commitment to excellence in early childhood education
  • Proven ability to mentor, inspire, and build high-performing teams
  • Strong relationship-building skills with families and the community
  • Results-driven, while creating a warm and inclusive environment
  • Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • At least 2 years' leadership experience as a Centre Manager or similar role
