Are you a passionate and experienced educator ready to take the next step in your career? Naremburn Early Learning Centre is a family-owned, EXCEEDING-rated service, and we are looking for a Diploma-qualified Nursery Room Leader to guide and inspire our youngest learners, aged 0–2 years.

About the Role

As the Nursery Room Leader, you will:

  • Lead a team of educators in our beautiful 0–2 year old nursery
  • Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate programs aligned with the EYLF
  • Support and mentor your nursery team to provide quality care and learning experiences
  • Work closely with families to ensure smooth settling for new children
  • Build secure, nurturing relationships with each child to give them the best possible start

About You

We are seeking a Diploma-trained educator who is:

  • Experienced in caring for and educating children 0–2 years
  • Confident in leading a team and mentoring educators
  • Knowledgeable about EYLF and NQS requirements
  • Warm, nurturing, and committed to building strong family partnerships
  • Organised and proactive, with a passion for giving children the best start in life
  • Holds a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • Has an ACECQA-approved Diploma qualification
  • Understands and upholds the Child Safe Standards
