Your Role:
As a Café and Functions Assistant, you'll be doing more than serving coffee – you'll be creating an atmosphere that feels like home for our residents Your key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering top-notch customer service with warmth and a smile
  • Preparing food and beverages with care, including crafting delicious espresso coffee
  • Operating our POS system and managing payments effortlessly
  • Ensuring the café is always tidy, welcoming, and ready for action – from setup to clean-up
  • Supporting events and activities that bring life to our villages
