Air Best Fittings is seeking a motivated and reliable Office & Warehouse All-Rounder to join our team in Castle Hill. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently in the office while also being hands-on in the warehouse when required.

Key Responsibilities

Handle a variety of office administration tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and customer communication.

Assist in the warehouse with picking, packing, and preparing customer orders when needed.

Support daily operations across both office and warehouse functions.

Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal staff.

Requirements

Fluent English (both verbal and written).

Strong ability to work independently with attention to detail.

Driver's licence (preferred).

Previous experience in a combined office and warehouse role (preferred).

Experience with MYOB or Xero accounting software (preferred).

Finance/Accounting related degree or certificate (preferred).
